GENERAL EVENT SCHEDULE

✨ Sunday: Welcome Lunch Reception with the Show-Off Table
✨ Monday-Wednesday: Artist of the Day Classes in the morning and afternoon. Catered Lunches daily and Lunch and Learn sessions. Coffee service.
✨ Monday Evening: GAME NIGHT! 
✨ Wednesday Evening: Dinner and a Celebration of the History of Clayathon and Polymer Claycation Through the Years: The Evolution of our Art and Friendships.
✨ Thursday: EVERYTHING MUST GO!

Registration Opens May 30

  • 📅 Event Dates: November 8-12, 2026 (Full Sunday through Thursday!)
  • ⏰ Registration Opens: Saturday, May 30th for past attendees of Clayathon and Polymer Claycation Events. Registration will be open to all on June 6th.
  • 💰 Early Bird Special: $225 through June 8th, then $250. No refunds within 90 days of the event.
  • 🏨 Hotel: DoubleTree Resort Lancaster, PA
    • $152/night + 16% tax (single occupancy)
    • $162/night + tax (double occupancy)
    • Includes breakfast buffet
    • No payment at time of booking, Cancellations without penalty through early November
