How to Register

Event Details

Your $159 registration fee gets you five days featuring a spacious, well-ventilated workroom open 24 hours, demos from talented artists, special events, and the wonderful community of polymer clay artists that makes in-person retreats so special.

Space is limited by the facility capacity, and we anticipate this event will fill quickly. A waiting list will be available once registration is full. We’ll do our best to accommodate everyone we possibly can.

How To Register

Be sure to complete all of the steps!

1. Read Event Policies and Code of Conduct. You must agree to the Code of Conduct to attend.
2. Fill out and submit the Registration Form. If you are registering multiple attendees, you will need to fill out a form for each person, and provide an email address for each person.
3. Submit payment via PayPal. Within a few minutes of completing Step 2, you will receive two emails:
   • One from Google Forms confirms your submission and allows you to edit your form.
   • One from keystonepcevents@gmail.com will contain a PayPal link to pay for your worktable registration. These emails should come fairly quickly after you submit.
4. Book your hotel room. Within an hour after completing Step 3, you will receive two emails:
   • One from PayPal confirms your payment.
   • One from keystonepcevents@gmail.com provides information about booking your hotel room. You can also get that information here.

Once you’ve finished all four steps, you’ll be ready to join us in November. Let the countdown begin!
