How to Book Your Hotel Room

We sure hope many of you stay with us at the beautiful Doubletree Resort by Hilton in Lancaster.

IMPORTANT: If  you book by phone, let the desk know you are with Keystone Polymer Clay Events! Or, if you book online, use our link below! Not only do you get the group rate, but we also get discounts on the workspace. And that helps keep the event costs lower for all of us.

Dates

  • Claycation starts Sunday afternoon, November 9th
  • It’s over on Thursday morning, November 13th
  • The preferred rate is only available until October 8.  Please book early!

Perks

  • Rooms at a discounted rate: Rooms are $151 for two Queen beds. You can have three people to a room, if you like. Just add $10 for the additional person. Please let us know if you need a different option and we can work with the hotel.
  • Breakfast Buffet: The breakfast buffet is a complete meal and is served daily from 6 AM to 10 AM. There is one free ticket per room, but if you are sharing a room, you can purchase additional breakfast tickets for $10 per person per day, which is real bargain!
  • Refrigerators: All rooms have mini -fridges.
  • Microwave: We will have a microwave in the workroom area.

NOTE: If you need a handicapped accessible room or have other requirements, please call the hotel. Don’t forget to say that you are with our group to get your discount!

Important: The dates on the booking website are pre-filled Nov 6th-13th. Our event begins on Nov 9th. Be sure to change the dates if you don’t want to arrive that early!

Tips on using the online booking link:

  • When you choose your room on the site you will see dates in a calendar at the top of the screen.  To the right of the dates is an Edit Stay link.  Click that to choose the dates you really want. If you have trouble with this, try choosing the first date, holding down the Shift key, and then choosing the end date. Click the Update button to make your choice take effect.
  • After you select your room and finalize your reservation, your credit card is not charged. You can cancel or change the reservation any time up until November 7 at no charge.

By Phone

Call the hotel directly at  (717)-464-2711  and choose option 0(zero) from the menu. This allows you to speak with someone who is physically at the hotel.

Tell them you are with our group, Keystone Polymer Clay Events.
